Summary:
VGA stands for Video Graphics array. Vga has a series of 15 pins. The 15 different pins display different colors. for example pin 1 displays the color red in the video. vga also refreshes at 70hz.vga also supports 16-color and 256-color modes. The VGA supports both All Points Addressable graphics modes, and alphanumeric text modes.

At what rate does VGA refresh at?
What color modes does VGA support?
