In the first movie hackers were shown to be bad people criminals, and all they want to do is break in and steal peoples important information like bank accounts or steal ID. Mr. R showed us these movies because he wanted us to see there are always two or more different opinions on a subject. I think the 2nd movie showed it more realistically because hackers do try to take things apart figure something out put it back together and make it better. There can be two different views because people have different opinions on things.

i dont agree with you. the motivation was to show what damage hackers could do and to show the good they could do. my opinion of hackers are that they help in a way because they show the flaws in security and stuff.
